Due to a variety of insurance policy holders presented to our office, we are unable to be a participating provider for a specific insurance carrier. We do, however, process medical and dental claims for our patients’ convenience and reimbursement. In some circumstances, such as trauma and pertinent medical diagnoses, we will accept assignment from insurance providers when agreed upon by you, the carrier and our office.
Payments are expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made with our office. For further detail or information on coverage, our staff will individually assess your treatment needs and help you through the insurance maze. We encourage consultation for pressing medical diagnoses and will not make that appointment contingent on payment.
Claim(s) are filed on your behalf and you are responsible for following up with your insurance company for the status of the claim.
